Our door is normally locked for safety, so please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you are much earlier, please contact your artist directly via square for further instruction. If you are late beyond what we can accommodate, late cancellation fees will apply.

Our studio is by appointment only, therefore the studio and artist are exclusively reserved for you. A 24-hour advance notice of cancellation is much appreciated. Cancellations occurring after that window will be charged 50% . Late Cancellations and No Shows will be charged full appointment fee.
